Every wedding and every bride is unique. I will create a customized package of services to fit your needs and budget. Below are a list of my services.
Complete wedding design, concept, planning and coordination
I create one-of-a-kind weddings based around the bride and groom. It is important that each wedding reflect the couple and their interests so I begin by asking numerous that will give me insight into who you are and what you want for your special day. I want your guests talking about your wedding for the next year.
Full wedding day coordination
I will be there to make sure your rehearsal runs smoothly. Then, on the wedding day I will be there an average of ten hours. I do everything to coordinate the day. I will supervise set up of any and all vendors. During the ceremony I will be there to cue distracted bridesmaids and talkative groomsmen. During the reception I will make sure all of the vendors are together and on the same page. Why cut the cake without the photographer? And after the last happy tear is shed, I will be there to make sure all personal effects get home with a family member and that the wedding site is left exactly the way it was found it, insuring no extra charges.
Decor design and execution
Decor design includes all of the little touches that will set your wedding apart from the rest. This includes bringing in fabric, furniture, lighting, anything we need to customize your event.
Arrange and attend all vendor meetings
This includes venues, caterers, photographers, videographers, florists, stationers, D.J.’s, live musicians, officiants, limousines, trolleys, children’s entertainment, etc... During the entire planning of the wedding I will act as a liaison between you and the vendors. You shouldn’t be bothered with little issues.
Budget and time line planning
I will help set up and, more importantly, help you stick to your wedding budget. I will create a detailed time line of your event to ensure dinner is served on time and the evening flows seamlessly. Together we will design a look and feel for your day that is everything you dreamed of.
Private Events
I am available for any event, any party, any size. For example: Corporate event and dinner parties. Holiday, anniversary, birthday and retirement parties. From 5 to 1000, no guest list too small or large.
